Dennis Mumm's career in commercial real estate spans 26 years. He worked for a regional commercial real estate firm for 10 years as Director of property management and accounting. In 1993 he became a founding member of Wagener Equities, Inc. as Vice President of Property Management.

Mr. Mumm's responsibilities include for sub-contracting millions of dollars worth of property maintenance and repair contracts. These include snow removal, landscaping, concrete & asphalt maintenance, roof maintenance, repair & replacement, as well as building maintenance, decorating and remodeling.
Additionally, Mr. Mumm is responsible for directing and implementing all corporate accounting plus managing multi-million dollar budgets. This involves coordinating 20 separate profit centers, 22 buildings and approximately 200 units
Mr. Mumm is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois. He has held several insurance licenses and has had extensive training in building construction estimating. Additionally he holds a B.A. in business administration from Coe College, Cedar Rapids, IA.
Dennis is married to Deborah and has five children. He has been involved in many of his children's activities including coaching sports teams, serving as athletic director of their grade school and serving on the school board. He continues to be active as Treasurer of the Bicycle Club of Lake County and serve as a Eucharistic Minister at his church. |
