Brad Foote Gear Works appointed Wagener Equities to identify a manufacturing facility to address the increased global demand for their capabilities.
 
This centrally located facility provides the features needed for their operation and the location is surrounded by a strong labor force. A long term lease was negotiated for 301,258 square feet.

Ameristar Fence Products, Inc. appointed Jeffrey E. Gilbert of Wagener Equities to find a new regional distribution facility in the Chicagoland area.

Ameristar Fence Products, Inc. had some specific requirements for their new including ¼ acre of outside storage and close proximity to a major highway.  An extensive search was performed throughout the Chicago land area before deciding on a 30,000 square foot building in Elmhurst, IL.. 

American National Skyline, Inc.(ANSI) appointed Jeffrey E. Gilbert of Wagener Equities to identify a service facility to purchase.

After a long and comprehensive search ANSI decided to purchase a multi tenant industrial building in an upscale business park in Wood Dale, IL.  The building is 18,450 square feet with 5 units and lends its self to future growth for ASNI. Additionally, this property provides the client with an excellent income producing investment.

Windy City Warehouse & Distribution appointed Jeffrey E. Gilbert of Wagener Equities to identify a distribution facility to address their current growth cycle.

This facility is located in Calumet Business Center. The complex has over 2,000,000 Square feet of rentable buildings and provides Windy City with future growth within the park.  A lease was negotiated for 96,600 square feet.
