Mr. Gilbert is Managing Broker at Wagener Equities Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., providing office and industrial property sales, leasing, and investment consultation. He started at Wagener Equities Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. in October of 1996. Within thirty days, he closed his first lease transaction. Since then, he has negotiated over 450 sale and leases representing 4 million square feet of commercial real estate. His total contract value is in excess of 100 million dollars.

In the first half of 2009, Jeff leased over 200,000 square feet of commercial space. Additionally he represented a regional service company in the purchase of an 18,000 square foot facility in the O'Hare market. This single transaction demanded exacting deadlines and intense negotiations with a national corporation.

Mr. Gilbert is currently representing over 400,000 square feet of commercial real estate in the O'Hare and Lake County market place.

Mr. Gilbert has successfully completed the Commercial Real Estate Training Course, and Advanced Business to Business Sales Course at DePaul University. He is a member of the Association of Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) and is an active member of the Greater O'Hare Association. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Illinois.

Mr. Gilbert has a Political Science degree from The University of Arizona. He now resides in Mundelein, Illinois with his wife Allison and sons Cameron and Griffin.
